Position Summary
As an Entry-Level Sales Trainee, you'll work directly with customers in a retail-based setting, helping to promote products and services, while building the skills necessary to grow into a management role. Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, customer service—or you're simply ready to launch your professional career—this is a great opportunity to develop your potential in a high-energy, team-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service and answer product-related questions
- Participate in structured, hands-on training in sales, marketing, and leadership
- Work with your team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Accurately represent client brands with integrity and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Team player with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
