Overview

Pure Home Restoration is a full spectrum general contractor. We are a local, family owned business located in Lakeville, established in 2018 with a focus on residential exterior restoration. We specialize in roofing, siding & window replacements. We're looking to add 2 sales consultants to our growing team.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Meet with homeowners to help them navigate through the insurance process
  • Engage in outside sales activities including D2D, cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to prospective clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions’ value propositions
  • Identify market trends and analyze customer needs to tailor marketing strategies that maximize sales potential
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipeline activities, and generate sales reports
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients while maintaining profitability and building strong relationships

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Proven experience in outside sales, D2D sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, negotiations, and customer service interactions
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and account management
  • Ability to perform cold calling, inside sales and retail sales activities confidently and professionally
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation & sales

A minimum of 2 years in sales is required. Experience in roofing, siding & window sales is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
