FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - ARIZONA

Job Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-purity water systems at customer sites
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions
- Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup
- Collaborate with Service Management, Engineering, and other teams to resolve customer challenges
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, knowledgeable service
- Complete accurate service documentation and follow company and customer procedures
- Follow safe work practices in the shop, while driving, and at customer sites
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Ideal Candidate
- Dependable, mechanically inclined, and committed to quality work
- Enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and learning new technology
- Familiar with pumps, valves, piping, flanges, and other mechanical components
- Strong communicator who works well with customers and colleagues
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Professional, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to seeing the job through
- High school diploma or GED; 5 years of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, field service, or related experience preferred
- Customer-facing technical experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are a plus
Working Conditions
- Hands-on work in shop, industrial, and customer-site environments
- Local travel with approximately 7–8 overnight stays per month once fully trained; additional travel may be required during the first six months for training
- Occasional travel to other company locations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., and regularly climb, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, and reach
