What you will do:

• Shape Brand Strategy – Define and execute multi-year brand plans that drive sales, market share, and consumer loyalty.
• Turn Insights into Action – Analyze market data and consumer behavior to create winning marketing strategies.
• Lead Brand Communication & Activation – Develop marketing campaigns, manage creative assets, and oversee omnichannel execution.
• Collaborate with Key Teams – Partner with Retail Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Social teams to create seamless brand experiences.
• Drive Go-To-Market Success – Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store activations to maximize impact.

Your work environment:

As an Associate Brand Manager - Activation, you’ll work in a collaborative and creative space where strategy meets execution. You’ll juggle cross-functional partnerships, campaign development, and brand storytelling—all while keeping an eye on performance and innovation. Expect a mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and results-driven marketing.

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years in brand management or marketing, preferably in outdoor or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor talent.
• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into action.
• A track record of successful brand campaigns and product launches.
