Job Overview
Pure Filtration, LLC is seeking two motivated and results-driven experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, promote our products and services, and build long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for business development, be willing to travel 50% of the time to their territory, and be proficient in sales management software.
Responsibilities
- Sell industrial filter systems and components to the Mining, Chemical, and Industrial industries.
- Cold calling and building relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated on industry and product developments.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback quickly and professionally.
- Travel to their territory to visit with both existing and new customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience (industrial equipment sales is a plus).
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
- Strong relationship-building, sales development, and customer service skills.
- Ability to initiate outbound calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to travel for the role (50% travel). Usually in the office for 1-2 weeks and then traveling for 1 week.
- COVID vaccinated and clean background.
Technical Skills:
- Strong CRM and database skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with online tools like Zoom.
- Language skills are an advantage but not a necessity.
