Pay Range: $70,000 to $74,000 Plus 5% On-Target Incentive
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week
FLSA: Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit, onboard, and develop Inside Client Advisor talent across Level I and Level II
Set and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals; hold team accountable to metrics
Monitor call volume, lead response times, conversion rates, and door production
Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and team coaching sessions
Partner with the embedded Senior Client Advisor on product and market knowledge development
Serve as primary escalation point for prospect issues requiring licensed staff involvement
Report weekly to VP of Sales on Inside Sales Center performance and pipeline health
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proficiency in sales CRM (LeadSimple, HubSpot, etc.)
Ability to work in-office in Scottsdale, AZ at least 4 days a week
At least three years of sales experience
At least one year of supervisory experience
