A well-established, industry leader located in the North-East end of the GTA is looking to hire a full-time, Sales Representative to join their growing team for a permanent opportunity. Reporting to the President, the Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding the company’s network across Canada and the United States, driving revenue growth through new partner acquisition and development of existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and recruit new customers
- Develop and execute a structured customer acquisition strategy by region
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners
- Negotiate customer agreements and onboarding terms
- Drive sales growth within existing customer accounts
- Establish sales targets and growth plans for key customers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning with partners
- Identify priority regions and segments across North America
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and positioning
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Provide market intelligence to leadership to inform product and pricing strategy
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and customer support materials
- Work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs
- Support development of sales tools, pricing structures, and promotional programs
Qualifications
· Previous experience in a B2B sales environment, with the ability to travel across North America
· Superior and professional communication skills, in both written and verbal
· Strong leadership skills, sound decision making and problem-solving abilities
· Strong business development and negotiation skills
· Ability to build relationships with owners and decision-makers
· Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
· Comfortable working in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment
