On-Site Janitorial Supervisor

Job Summary

Pure Clean by Mink LLC is hiring an experienced On-Site Janitorial Supervisor for anticipated commercial janitorial work at multiple facilities throughout Colorado Springs.

This position will oversee custodians, lead custodians, floor technicians, and other assigned personnel; ensure cleaning standards are met; coordinate schedules and staffing; perform quality-control inspections; and communicate regularly with management regarding site performance, staffing, safety, and service issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial operations across assigned Colorado Springs facilities
• Direct custodians, lead custodians, and floor technicians during scheduled service periods
• Assign work, monitor attendance, and address staffing or performance issues
• Conduct quality-control inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected promptly
• Ensure employees follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, approved chemical-use requirements, and site-specific rules
• Coordinate coverage for call-outs, schedule changes, and urgent service needs
• Communicate regularly with company management and client representatives regarding operations and service quality
• Maintain supply, equipment, and staffing readiness across assigned sites
• Assist with employee training, coaching, discipline, and documentation
• Report safety, security, maintenance, or access issues immediately
• Help ensure required background/security procedures are followed for applicable facilities
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality at commercial and secured facilities

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial/custodial supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple employees and work locations preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
• Ability to inspect work and enforce quality standards
• Reliable transportation throughout Colorado Springs
• Ability to work evening/night schedules and be available during contract working hours
• Ability to complete required background/security screening
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Schedule
Full-time, approximately 35–40 hours per week. Most work is expected during evening/night operations, with availability required to support assigned facilities and staff.

Pay
$30.00–$32.00 per hour

This position is being recruited in preparation for an anticipated commercial janitorial contract. Hiring and start date are contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, and applicable background/security clearance.
