Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and personalized esthetic services (facials, peels, waxing, etc.)
- Conduct consultations to recommend skincare treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Uphold medspa standards and ensure compliance with local and state regulations
Requirements:
- Licensed Esthetician in Connecticut
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and industry trends
- Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and wellness
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
