Overview
Pure Capital Lending is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter and Lead Qualifier to help us connect with prospective mortgage clients, qualify incoming and outbound leads and create opportunities for our loan team.
In this role, you will be responsible for dialing leads through our proprietary system, making first contact with potential borrowers, gathering basic qualifying information and determining whether the client is ready for a live transfer or needs an appointment scheduled with one of our licensed mortgage professionals.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to mortgage leads using our dialer and other approved systems.
Introduce Pure Capital Lending in a professional, friendly and confident manner.
Gather basic qualifying information from prospective clients.
Scrub and organize lead information so our loan team can quickly understand the client’s needs.
Live transfer qualified prospects to a licensed loan officer when appropriate.
Schedule appointments for borrowers who are interested but not immediately available for a full loan consultation.
Follow up with prospects by phone, text, or email to confirm interest and appointment times.
Accurately update CRM notes, call outcomes, appointment details and client information.
Maintain professionalism and compliance when speaking with consumers about mortgage related topics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. You should be able to follow a script while still sounding natural and conversational. We are looking for someone who can build quick rapport, ask the right questions and help determine whether a borrower is a good fit for our line of products.
Experience and Skills
Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, call centers, mortgage, real estate, or financial services is strongly preferred.
Experience using Mojo Dialer, a CRM, or other calling software is a plus.
Strong phone communication skills and professional phone etiquette are required.
Ability to clearly document conversations and enter accurate notes.
Comfortable asking basic qualifying questions and following a structured call process.
Reliable, consistent, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and data entry.
Bilingual ability is a strong plus but not required.
Mortgage or real estate experience is a major advantage but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
What You Will Be Doing
Your main job will be to help Pure Capital Lending turn raw leads into real opportunities. You will call prospects, identify who is interested, collect the basic information we need, and either live transfer the client or set an appointment for our loan team to complete the full application and close the deal.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a growing mortgage company and play a direct role in helping the business generate new clients.
