We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Studio Administrator to become a key part of our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and enjoys balancing hospitality, operations, sales, and business growth. The Studio Administrator serves as the heart of the studio experience-creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while helping ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently each day.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Create and maintain a warm, calm, and professional environment for clients and staff
- Welcome and check clients in for classes and appointments
- Assist instructors with scheduling, attendance, and client support
- Manage client accounts, memberships, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Support membership growth and work toward monthly sales goals
- Build and maintain positive client relationships and encourage retention
- Troubleshoot client concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Participate in weekly meetings with ownership to discuss ideas, strategy, and business growth opportunities
- Contribute creatively to improving systems, studio culture, and client engagement
