Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Juno Beach location. This is a commission-only position ideal for therapists who are confident in their skills, motivated to grow their clientele, and interested in high earning potential.
Compensation
Commission-based pay with earning potential of $36–$95 per hour, based on service mix, experience, and client demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs
- Conduct client consultations and customize treatment plans
- Maintain sanitation, safety, and professionalism standards
- Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and service benefits
- Deliver a consistently excellent client experience
Qualifications
- Active Florida Massage Therapy License (required)
- Proficiency in therapeutic massage; deep tissue a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
