Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth flow of service
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold a welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as booking appointments, processing payments, and updating guest information
- Support night audit procedures when required, ensuring all records are accurate and complete
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages is highly desirable
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and resort or hotel management software is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (English and another language) will enhance guest interactions
- Knowledge of guest services, guest relations, and hotel management principles will set you apart
- Experience with night audit procedures or front desk operations in a hospitality setting is advantageous
