Pure Barre Charleston is comprised of two locations, one in the heart of Downtown, and one just over the bridge in West Ashley. We are locally owned and operated.
Pure Barre is the largest barre franchise with over 600 studios in North America. We focus on small movements that result in big changes with a range of class offerings for people of all levels. Our innovative technique targets strength, cardio, and flexibility to transform the body and mind. The technique is effective and has been the method leader since 2001.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as Studio Director at Pure Barre. This role is located in the Charleston, SC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Director of Operations will oversee daily studio operations, oversee marketing strategies, and work closely with the Lead Teacher and Owner to ensure brand and operational standards are met.
Other responsibilities include:
- coordinate and manage events, outreach initiatives, and brand collaborations
- social media strategy including organic content, paid ads, promotions, and client milestones
- manage desk staff
- facilitate client communication
- oversee both member and lead management
- ensure effective staff communication
Qualifications
- Excellent Operations Management skills including project management, organization, and problem-solving.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret reports and make informed decisions.
- Team Management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- High level of Customer Service skills with the ability to represent the Pure Barre brand and maintain strong relationships with members and staff.
- Experience in the fitness industry and/or franchising is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Social media friendly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote team members.
