Compensation: $13/hour 10% commission on personal sales

This is a sales job. You’ll turn first-time visitors into members, and your paycheck grows with every membership and retail sale you close.
What you’ll earn
- $13/hour base [update if the 2027 minimum wage change applies]
- 10% commission on all memberships and retail you sell, with no cap
- Free unlimited Pure Barre classes
- 35% off retail
What you’ll do
- Meet every intro-class guest before and after class, and convert them to memberships
- Follow up with leads by text, email, and phone, and keep your pipeline moving
- Run studio tours and walk prospects through membership options
- Sell retail and know the inventory
- Check clients in, keep the front desk running, and open the studio
- Log every lead and sale in our studio software
- Cleaning duties and Teacher assistance
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–12:00pm, plus weekend availability required.
