Sales Manager - Pure Barre Encino

This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated, experienced sales associate who is passionate about health and fitness.

POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the studio with new membership sales, membership retention and overall member experience.

This role works from the front desk of the studio during business hours. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred. Sales or customer relations experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close

• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills

• Greet members, facilitate check in, assist with the membership experience in-studio experience

• Follow up & follow through activities with prospective members

• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items

• Attend and complete all relative training programs

• Capture photos and video for social media platforms

• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hours: 10-15 hours a week

• Ability to work early mornings and weekends

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

• Warm welcoming and engaging personality

• Ability to build strong customer relationships

• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail

• Self-motivated and takes initiate

• Ability to learn and use the studio software system

• Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Must have proficient computer skills

• Authorization to work in the United States required
