House Cleaner

As a House Cleaner, you will provide high-quality residential cleaning services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our team serves clients throughout King, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties, so this position requires daily travel from your home to multiple job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and organize client spaces.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Follow detailed work orders, cleaning checklists, and company standards.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Respect clients' homes, privacy, and personal belongings.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide outstanding service.
- Work efficiently while maintaining our high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, lifting, climbing stairs, working on ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Comfortable traveling throughout King, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
