Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable maintenance tech to support operations in our aluminum production plant. This role is critical to keeping equipment, furnaces, an production systems running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an industrial, high-heat environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment. furnaces. and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to minimize downtown
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks
• Assist with installation, modification, and upgrades of equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and plant policies
• Work closely with production teams to support continuous operations

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred but not required
• Mig and Stick Welding a plus
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Willing to work in a hot environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• No formal degree required; Technical or trade experience a plus

SHIFT/HOURS: We offer two available shifts to accommodate different schedules:

• DAY SHIFT: 6am-6pm
• NIGHT SHIFT: 6pm-6am

Our team follows a 2-3-2 rotating schedule, which means:

• You will work 2 days, then have 2 days off.
• After that, you will work for 3 days, followed by 2 days off.
• Then you will work for another 2 days and have 3 days off before the cycle repeats.

The rotating schedule allows for a balanced work life rhythm and regular time off.

Compensation:

Starting pay 22$ an hour
