Duties
- Engage with customers through outside sales channels, face-to-face interactions, to generate new leads and expand our client base
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to customer needs for the Avalir Platinum System
- Develop territory & strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize & track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities through the market and lead generation activities
- Negotiate terms with clients, upsell products or services, and close sales efficiently to meet targets
Skills
- Experience in outside sales prefered but not required
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Expertise in business lead generation and cold calling techniques
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer service mindset that fosters trust and loyalty
- Ability to deliver compelling product presentations confidently
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate sales performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is a plus, along with marketing knowledge for targeted outreach
