Your Impact
- Financial Leadership: Full-cycle accounting, budgeting, forecasts, and cash flow management
- Drive Strategic Analysis: Profitability by business line, variance analysis, and performance metrics
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working across departments and leading IT, HR, and risk management initiatives
- Team Development: Supervise staff and coordinate workflows
What You Bring
- Bachelor's in accounting/finance with five or more years of related accounting experience
- Three or more years of financial analysis and reporting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency and strong analytical skills
- Independent mindset with excellent communication abilities
