Job description:
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery testing, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections.
- Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings appropriately.
- Assist with basic repair and maintenance services as assigned by dealership leadership.
- Conduct quality checks to help ensure services are completed properly and safely.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain productivity and efficiency standards established by dealership leadership.
- Accurately document completed work and inspection findings on repair orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and service areas.
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
- Properly handle customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service process.
Team Support & Development
- Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors, technicians, and leadership to support operational success and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skills.
- Support a positive, team-oriented service department culture.
- Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned.
Professional Standards
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attendance record.
- Support dealership standards related to professionalism, safety, compliance, and customer care.
- Handle customer interactions professionally when needed within the service environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous automotive maintenance, technical training, or related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
