This position is considered a full-time commitment
No additional employment is permitted
Candidates are not permitted to take summer classes
Job Description
The primary role of the Summer Student Office Coordinator (SOC), formerly known as the Staffing Assistant (SA) position is to schedule and supervise all Summer Student Office Staff (SOS), formerly known as Community Assistants (CA’s) within their program team. The goal of this position is to give students valuable real-world experience in a leadership environment. The Summer SOC position should work 5-10 hours per week during the academic year and 30-40 hours per week during the summer. The Staffing Assistant must be reliable, organized, responsible, and flexible. They must also be ambitious, detail-oriented, creative, and driven.
