The Student Office Assistant, Leadership Institute & Society of Innovators at PNW will be a vital member of our team. This person will help us with planning and implementation of our programs and camps. This assistant will manage numerous administrative tasks and assist with program details.

Duties And Responsibilities Of Student - Office Assistant
- Organize and maintain files
- Organize, store, and maintain program supplies
- Create forms, name badges, gift bags, and handout materials for program participants
- Respond to general calls and emails from potential customers
- Assist with social media and marketing as needed
- Must be a PNW student with work study grant funding
- Must be able to commit to at least 10 hours per week
- May need to be on your feet during programs and camps
- May require some light lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Self-starter who is highly organized and able to work as a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well
- Basic data entry and computing skills
- Project management skills
