What You'll Work On
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors
- Verify order processing aligns with SLAs
- Review reports to identify compliance gaps
- Analyze vendor performance data
- Partner with teams to improve performance
- Support corrective action plans
- Conduct vendor audits
- Prepare performance reporting
- Escalate issues as needed
- Maintain compliance records
- Support vendor onboarding
- Update SOPs and guidelines
- Identify process improvements
- Hybrid – 3 days onsite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years relevant experience
- Ecommerce or dropship experience preferred
- Familiarity with vendor tools/platforms
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented and organized
