The Opportunity: The Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement will play a critical role in driving the success of our commercial teams. This individual will be responsible for equipping our sales and account management teams with the right content, training, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, they will oversee a sales enablement team responsible for supporting both the direct and broker channel sales team.
What You Will Do:
Sales Enablement & Content Management:
- Partner with B2B Marketing to inventory, update, and maintain sales and account management collateral, ensuring alignment with the client and prospect journey
- Serve as the main Sales Enablement touchpoint for our sales and account management teams, addressing their needs promptly and accurately
- Drive asset adoption, ensuring materials are effectively used in the sales process
- Assist in updating and creating presentations for client and broker meetings, training, and internal team presentations
- Own the Commercial Playbook, documenting and maintaining best practices, sales processes, messaging, and objection handling
- Develop email templates, call scripts, and messaging frameworks to support sales and account management team in their outreach and follow-ups
Training & Onboarding:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing development of the sales and account management teams
- Own the onboarding process for new sales and account management team members to accelerate ramp time
- Ensure alignment between sales methodologies, tools, and processes to drive consistency and effectiveness
- Conduct call shadowing and review sessions to provide targeted feedback that reinforces selling skills and improves performance
Lead Generation & Management:
- Lead and mentor a sales enablement team, responsible for enhancing broker firms’ awareness, providing collateral support and hosting lunch and learns
- Develop lead generation strategies for referrals, influencer partnerships, and outbound prospecting
- Refine outbound processes to boost engagement and pipeline contribution
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a general area of study
- 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience working with B2B sales teams in a complex sales environment
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, sales content strategy, and training best practices
- Experience managing or coaching BDRs/SDRs on outbound prospecting strategies
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, LI Sales Nav)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
