What You Will Do:
Overview
The Campaign Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role owns promotional marketing strategy, homepage content direction, and brand/product launches across all channels, while ensuring a cohesive and high-performing customer experience.
- Own homepage content strategy, including messaging and placement, to drive engagement and conversion
- Support Pricing & Promotions quarterly promotion calendar through the development of promotional marketing strategy, inclusive of campaign planning and calendar management
- Lead end-to-end brand and product launches across all channels, ensuring consistent positioning and execution.
- Plan and manage giveaways, contests, and sweepstakes, including timelines, coordination, and compliance considerations
- Support Sr. Manager, Campaign Strategy & Marketing Programs, in partnering with key suppliers to support and maximize Marketing Development Funds (MDF), aligning campaigns with partner objectives
- Create and submit clear, actionable creative briefs for promotional and campaign assets
- Oversee development of content-only email campaigns and other content marketing assets
- Lead the creation and optimization of landing pages and brand store experiences to support campaigns and product launches
- Responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing campaign success, and generating reports to optimize results.
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in campaign, digital or integrated marketing
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution
- Strong analytical mindset and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams, like merchandising, creative and external partners, as well as managing competing priorities
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
- Experience leveraging analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics to measure performance and generate insights
