- Prior tire knowledge a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Provide high-level customer service both on the phone and in person
- Handle incoming inquiries, concerns, and complaints as they arise
- Quoting, opening, and closing work orders
- Accurate entry and monitoring of daily sales, and invoicing activities
- Handle daily cash, credit, national account, and fleet transactions
- Handle purchase orders, billing, credit, and collections
- Submitting weekly P-Card statements to accounts payable
- Prepare and create routine and ad hoc reports
- Provide support as needed to both field and corporate staff
- Provide routine cleaning, restocking, and updating of store displays
