Account Data Analyst (Utah)

Description: ACCOUNT DATA ANALYST average $55,000 to $70,000

Mission

To track and analyze commercial tire performance for key accounts, creating customer reports and presentations in support of our sales efforts and our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Duties

• Collaborate, create and maintain account dashboards/reports (performance trends, cost-per-hour/cost-per-mile)
• Prepare presentations on account performance and scrap-out findings
• Support sales reps at key accounts — join customer visits, help present findings
• Partner with fleet managers/maintenance leads directly to gather field data
• Flag trends that signal a service opportunity or customer risk
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/tracking system
• Complete hands-on fieldwork at trucking fleets and off-the-road (OTR) job sites — inspecting tires, pulling wear/removal data
• Track and compile tire data: tread wear, hours/miles in service, removal reasons, scrap-out analysis (truck earthmover)
• Learn product line specs
• Regular travel within territory (UTAH)
• Protect company assets (inventory, cash accounts, receivables, equipment and real estate).
