What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
- Provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
What You’ll Need:
