We’re expanding our inside sales department and looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our morning team. This person will help drive productivity, maintain accountability, and keep the phones buzzing from open to close.

The Inside Sales Shift Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of appointment setters who schedule in-home consultations for our outside sales team. You’ll ensure everyone is focused, productive, and hitting daily metrics while keeping the schedule filled with same-day and next-day appointments.

You’ll work closely with other managers and marketing leadership to make sure every day’s calendar is optimized for maximum production.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed daily call and appointment goals.
  

• Ensure full team participation during every shift — phones ringing, energy high, and accountability strong.
  

• Manage and maintain the daily sales calendar, filling same-day opportunities.
  

• Track key performance metrics and report results to leadership.
  

• Partner with dispatch and outside sales to ensure smooth appointment flow.
  

• Conduct quick team huddles to drive focus and performance throughout the day.
  

• Proven experience leading or managing a phone-based sales team.
  

• High-energy personality with strong communication and leadership skills.

• $65K base salary $2 override per closed deal (earning potential up to $85K ).
  

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (6AM–2PM).
