PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (Cashier)

• Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.
• Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are correct and complete.
• Provide the highest level of customer service, addressing any questions or requests promptly and courteously.
• Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, allergies and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.
• Assist in preparing and delivering delicious food to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.
• Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
• Support with any additional duties assigned.

• Regularly check on guests at their tables to ensure they have everything they need and are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.
• Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.)
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fun and outgoing attitude!
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
