The Role:
We are looking for a Community Events and Social Media Manager to lead partnership acquisition, event strategy, community building, and support social media efforts across Pura Padel. This is a high‑visibility, outward‑facing role focused on positioning Pura Padel as a destination club through premium events, strategic partnerships, meaningful member experiences, and engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
Events Strategy & Execution
- Own planning and execution of 2 monthly events, including member socials, tournaments, themed nights, corporate activations, and brand experiences
- Develop and manage an events calendar aligned with club and membership goals
- Lead event logistics, vendors, court bookings, and on‑site execution
Community Engagement
- Act as a visible presence within the club, building strong relationships with members
- Drive engagement, loyalty, and retention through curated experiences and ongoing communication
- Gather member feedback to inform future programming
Brand & Partnerships
- Identify, secure, and activate partnerships with lifestyle, wellness, and consumer brands
- Represent Pura Padel across all external touchpoints
- Support corporate and private event inquiries end‑to‑end
Social Media
- Own day‑to‑day social media content across Instagram and TikTok
- Capture weekly content at the club and create Reels, Stories, and feed posts
- Manage posting schedules, DMs, and community engagement
- Design event marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Operations & Reporting
- Track event performance, attendance, and revenue
- Submit weekly recaps and monthly reports to leadership
- Manage events budget with a focus on quality and ROI
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in events, community management, or sports/hospitality marketing
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail and budget management
- Comfortable creating social content and engaging online communities
- Organized, personable, and calm under pressure
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Padel, tennis, or racquet‑sport experience is a plus
