Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering the phone
- Taking daycare and boarding reservations
- Using our online reservation software
- Handling the dogs in all aspects
- Communicating with customers and employees
- Cleaning the facility & MORE!
**This job requires a training period working with the dogs and shadowing our staff to learn every aspect of the business before moving to the Customer Experience Track. This ensures that every employee is well-rounded and knows how to complete every job. It takes a team to make it all happen, but we work together and are passionate about what we do!
**No job is too little or too big. We are VERY hands-on, and everyone helps in EVERY area. The Customer Experience Team often helps the Pet Care Attendants in the playrooms and with the dogs, cleaning kennels, preparing food, and making every day run smoothly.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
