Puppy Dreams is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to elevate the customer journey at our North Richland Hills location. This role is ideal for someone who brings professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills to a fast-paced environment where families come to choose their newest furry companion.
As the first point of contact, you will help ensure every guest feels supported, understood, and welcomed. You’ll also play a critical role in organizing grooming appointments across four stores and maintaining smooth daily operations. While making sure you keep a smile on your face :)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional tone, and a smile
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or store,while you smile :)
- Schedule and manage grooming appointments for four Puppy Dreams locations
- Maintain grooming calendars and ensure appointment accuracy
- Assist guests with questions about services, puppies, and store processes
- Support daily administrative tasks to keep the front of house running smoothly
- Provide compassionate, attentive guest care in a fast-moving environment
