Role Description The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Palm Beach, FL, supporting the planning and execution of construction and paving projects. This position assists the Project Manager with scheduling, coordinating crews and subcontractors, tracking materials and deliveries, and maintaining project documentation. Daily tasks include monitoring job progress, helping resolve on-site issues, preparing reports, and communicating with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The Assistant Project Manager also supports inspections, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and contributes to maintaining timelines and budget targets.
Qualifications
- Experience with expediting and expeditor functions to move permits, materials, and approvals efficiently.
