Punchy Performance Marketing is a Tampa-based video advertising agency that works with some of the largest home service companies in the country. Our clients trust us with very large budgets and expect us to drive results.

About the Role

We're hiring a Client Manager to be on the front line of our client relationships. This is not a support or coordinator role. You'll be the person who manages our relationship with some of the biggest home service brands in America, communicating with owners and CMOs, and earning their respect. You’ll need to learn their business, understand their numbers, and have the confidence to push back.

You will be the one who keeps things moving, catches problems before they become problems, and represents us the way I (as the owner) would want us represented. This role frees me, the CEO, to focus on growth, knowing that client management is in great hands.

This is a demanding position, and requires a high capacity, motivated person:

• A standout communicator. Someone I'd trust in a room with a company owner or CMO.
• Very high capacity (hold a lot at once and nothing slips)
• Strong judgment. You know when to act, when to ask, and you're usually right.
• Fast, organized, and good with tech. Not an expert, just someone who figures things out instead of getting stuck.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients and getting up to speed on their business fast
• Running and preparing client meetings, and following through after the meeting
• Coordinating with our team so things get done on time and on point
• Day-to-day client communication, with sound judgment on what needs escalation
• Occasional negotiation
• Technical troubleshooting/problem solving

Qualifications

Full-time based in Tampa (in-person or hybrid).

Pay and compensation

Pay is $75k-$120k, depending on your experience and the book you take on.
