Punchkins creates expressive, display-worthy plush and gifts with bold personalities. Goofballs is our Amazon-first brand, built around funny, irreverent products designed to stand out and sell at scale.
We launch a lot of products, move quickly, and care deeply about how things look, feel, and perform.
This role is all about making products look better and sell better on Amazon.
You’ll own the visual side of our listings — creating and optimizing content that drives click-through rate, conversion, and overall sales. That includes product images, listing visuals, and short-form video.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on visual storytelling and performance. Not a copywriting role.
What You’ll Do
• Create and improve Amazon listing visuals (main images and secondary images)
• Lead product photography and video (shoot yourself or direct freelancers/studios)
• Create short-form video for product launches and marketing
• Launch new products with strong, conversion-focused visuals
• Improve underperforming listings through visual updates and testing
• Review listings and identify ways to improve clarity and performance
• Help shape product presentation (styling, shot planning, creative direction)
• Execute seasonal or promotional updates for top products
• Organize and manage assets across a large number of SKUs

Helpful Experience
• Amazon Seller Central
• Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools
• Short-form video (TikTok or similar)
