Punahou School is currently seeking a seasonal Central Supply Aide for the Summer of 2026. The ideal candidate should be alert, punctual and detail-oriented. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receive incoming packages and mail from carriers and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy and condition.
- Sort all incoming items by department, building, or specific requester.
- Pick and prepare orders from Central Supply inventory.
- Deliver orders and packages to various offices and departments across campus.
Position Details:
- Work Year: 1.5 Months
- School Year: Summer 2026, late June - early August
- Work Hours: Scheduling is based on schedules and availability.
- Hourly Rate: $16.00/Hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good work ethic, ability to take and follow instructions.
- Use of good judgement, ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to balance school commitments, play and extracurricular activities with work responsibilities.
- High School Diploma preferred.
