We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Organize and adjust workflow based on priorities and production schedules.
- Monitor processes to identify bottlenecks or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate production staff, including operators, technicians, and support personnel.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on production goals.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, raw materials, and labor resources.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture; ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Support preventive maintenance programs and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report production metrics and performance updates to the Engineering Manager.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Prophet 21) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to process discipline and results.
