Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in ERP application security within SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD principles, access controls, and IT risk frameworks.
• Experience supporting audit cycles (SOX, SOC, ITGC) and implementing control procedures.
• Hands-on experience with GRC tools such as SAP GRC Access Control, Oracle GRC, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Knowledge of ERP business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Finance, HCM, Supply Chain).
• Ability to analyze and design secure access aligned with functional requirements.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Knowledge of cloud ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and Agile methodologies.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or ERP-specific security certifications
