We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic additions to our team. Pump It Up is the ultimate destination for unforgettable birthday parties! We specialize in creating fun and engaging experiences for kids of all ages in a safe and exciting environment. Our dedicated team works hard to ensure every party is a blast, from bouncing on inflatables to making memories that last a lifetime.As a Front Desk Attendant/Party Attendant, you will primarily book parties and answer questions over the phone. You'll also create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth operations internally and with guests at parties.- Sell and book parties over the phone.- Check in the guests and manage daily operational duties of the branch.- Handle transactions for party bookings and merchandise.- Manage Party Attendants during parties.- Manage party host and their guests in our arenas during party time.- Help party host and their guests in party room.- Ability to make the party a beautiful memorable event for our party hosts and their guests.- Ability to quickly switch the roles between front desk attendant and party attendant, if required.- Pick up pizza and other items from our food vendors on party days.- This is mostly a weekend/holiday position.QUALIFICATIONS- Looking for applicants who can work in the Van Nuys, CA.- Previous experience working with children is not necessary, but a plus.- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
