We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and grow with us.
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill a Sales Representative position in the Puget Sound Region.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and providing sales and technical support for industrial pumps and related equipment. This role involves making outside sales calls to customers, including preparing quotes and assisting with customer inquiries. This role will serve all Eastern Washington regions (East of the mountains) and can be based out of Spokane, Wenatchee, Moses Lake, or surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct outside sales visits to existing and potential customers throughout the Eastern Washington region.
- Focus on the sale of industrial pumps, pump systems, and related equipment.
- Assist customers with pump selection, sizing, and troubleshooting (we will train).
- Maintain a strong understanding of product lines and manufacturer offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term company growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.
- Other duties as directed.
Compensation & Benefits:

Required experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or technical sales.
- General understanding of pumps and related equipment; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Eastern Washington market and regional customer base.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Familiar with Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
