Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and ensuring an engaging shopping experience for our customers. Your primary mission is to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction while supporting store operations and visual merchandising guidelines.

Duties

• Deliver consistently high standards of customer experience in line with brand values and service standards.
• Engage with customers effectively to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Accurately process sales transactions at the checkout quickly and securely, ensuring a smooth purchase experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store environment.
• Ensure compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines to showcase products effectively.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and store upkeep as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when necessary.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and processing transactions accurately.
