SAP AI Analyst

As an SAP AI Analyst at Puma IT Services you will:

• Work with tools like SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP AI Core, and SAP AI Launchpad to embed AI models into SAP applications.
• Enable intelligent features within SAP S/4HANA and other cloud solutions., with a particular focus to the Retail and Fashion industry
• Configure and support SAP AI Business Services
• Consult with client staff and end-users to determine the functional requirements for the system within the SAP S/4HANA Retail and Fashion module
• Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports, utilizing ABAP technical resources and other tools within SAP
• Design and development of interfaces and conversion programs to/from existing legacy systems
• Provide general technical support in Retail business systems analysis for our clients and conduct SAP training as required for client personnel
• Provide leadership and guidance to other systems analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
• Conduct knowledge sharing and serve as a go-to subject matter expert for other company functional staff in support of client project deliverables. Be available to answer questions that may arise from past or current clients
• Define and develop best practices, solution demonstrations, and functional configurations within
• Develop new Puma IT Services Consulting service capabilities and enhance existing company service capabilities. Activities may include developing methodologies or tools to support current and prospective clients. May also develop training materials, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to Puma IT Services’ marketing and/or thought leadership activities
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not required

We look for
We are looking for versatile leaders and innovators with 5 years of prior industry or functional experience and a minimum of at least three years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP Retail and Fashion module who want to work on diverse and challenging consulting projects to deliver true value to our clients.
Additionally, we’re looking for candidates who have gained experience in the following areas:

• Expertise in SAP Retail with at least 1 full-life cycle project delivering new solutions
• 3 years of experience as functional consultant in Retail and Merchandising business process improvement initiatives or SAP Retail information systems implementations
• Hands-on experience with:one or more of the following areas IS-Retail, Merchandising and/or Fashion (AFS / FMS), Master Data, Article Mater, Business Partners, Site Master, Pricing and Promotion, Replenishment, Allocations, POS Outbound and Inbound,
• Strong understanding of systems development life-cycle and system implementation methodologies
• Flexibility and adaptability - our Consultants work on everything from design to hands-on configuration and can stretch into new roles
• Experience implementing SAP in the Retail, Fashion or CPG industries as either a client, a consultant, or both
• Ability to travel extensively (100%)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks
• Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present and write at publication quality level to communicate findings and recommendations
• Achievement oriented and entrepreneurial
• A 4 year degree (In Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent work experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
