- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to assemble, repair, or modify trailer components and industrial equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete maintenance logs, and document repairs accurately for each vehicle or piece of equipment serviced
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and lifts when necessary for equipment movement or repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues
Experience
- Mechanic experience with a focus on heavy truck repair, trailer maintenance, or automotive diagnostics a plus, but willing to train the right person.
