You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, inspect our building for any damage, conduct regular maintenance and remodel work on apartment units. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
- Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
- Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
- Ensure work is done to the highest quality
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge in Plumbing systems, electrical systems, flooring cabinetry
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends for emergencies
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
