Primary Responsibilities
- Review proposed 3rd-party contracts prior to setup to ensure compliance with policy
- Review newly-established completion escrows ($0 variance, full-escrow, 3rd-party) and add to maintenance plan
- Maintain records of all active escrow accounts and archive records of fulfilled accounts
- Coordinate transfer of funds for GSE-required accounts
- Communicate with branch offices regarding status of open accounts
- Engage appraisers for re-inspection to validate completion of escrow items
- Instruct Accounting to release funds as necessary for draws and completed escrows
- Manage daily product change task, evaluate for appraisal/final inspection/case number impact, and take appropriate action
- Manage daily sales price change report/task, evaluate for appraisal/final inspection impact, and take appropriate action (**New Process**)
- Assign FHA Case Number and perform maintenance as needed
- Validate holds-tracking (follow-up) of FHA Case Numbers for underwriting review
- Assist with appraisal transfers to/from outside lenders
- Assist with final inspection orders and fulfillment as needed
- Perform property eligibility reviews to aid project analysts in the setup of new PUD communities

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Related Functional Experience: Minimum 1-3 years mortgage or appraisal related experience.
