Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and effective Pilates classes for a variety of fitness levels
- Create a positive and inclusive class environment
- Provide modifications and guidance to meet individual needs
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and class consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space to promote a safe environment for all participants.
- Proven experience as an instructor in a health club or gym setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals

Qualifications:
- Certification in Pilates
- Group fitness or teaching experience preferred
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
