- Partner with sonographers, nurses, and clinical staff to integrate ultrasound devices into existing workflows, ensuring optimal functionality and user confidence.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for clinical teams, tailoring content to the needs of sonographers and nurses to maximize device proficiency.
- Collaborate with IT personnel to facilitate integration of devices with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other hospital IT infrastructure
- Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot technical or operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical workflows.
- Conduct new and ongoing training for new sales employees
- Support product demonstrations for healthcare providers, highlighting device features, clinical benefits, and ease of use in real-world settings.
- Coordinate and support clinical evaluations, working closely with clinical teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and demonstrate value to decision-makers.
- Develop customized demonstration protocols that align with the specific needs of each account, showcasing the device’s impact on patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze evaluation data to provide actionable insights to sales and product development teams.
- Work closely with prescribing clinics to drive device utilization, ensuring consistent use and integration into standard care protocols.
- Engage with clinical champions to promote advocacy for the device, fostering peer-to-peer recommendations within accounts.
- Monitor account performance metrics, such as device usage and patient outcomes, to identify opportunities for increased market share.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to translate clinical feedback into strategies that enhance adoption and customer retention.
- Patient Interaction and Advocacy
- Interact with patients during device demonstrations or training sessions to explain the benefits of the ultrasound technology, ensuring comfort and understanding.
- Act as a patient advocate by gathering feedback on device usability and clinical experience, relaying insights to product development teams.
- Support clinical staff in communicating device benefits to patients, enhancing patient trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, demonstrations, and evaluations using CRM tools
- Provide regular reports to leadership on integration progress, account feedback, and market share growth within assigned accounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and clinical protocols during all interactions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in ultrasound technology to provide informed recommendations.
- Attend and support tradeshows and conferences as required
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Sonography, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., RDMS, RN) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience as a sonographer, nurse, or similar role, with hands-on experience using ultrasound or imaging devices.
- Experience in clinical training, product demonstrations, or medical device integration, preferably in women’s health.
- Familiarity with hospital IT systems, EMR integration, or medical device connectivity is highly desirable.
