Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shift AvailableReports to: Maintenance PlannerLocation: Watertown, WIJob Description:o Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintainproduction and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productivemaintenance systems and processeso Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment duringproduction and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipmentduring machine serviceo Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilitieso Perform mechanic skills including (but not limited to) mechanical, electrical,pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machineso Read and interpret equipment manual and work orders to perform requiredmaintenance and serviceo Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustmentso Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plantfacilitieso Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handlingequipment in performing dutieso Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusualsituations to proper supervisiono Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areaso 3rd shift: 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Monday - Fridayo Production hours: Monday - Thursday 6 am - 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm - 3:30 amQualifications:o HS diploma/GED; AA - Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance preferredo Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent number of years of educationand production maintenance experienceo 4 years of manufacturing experienceo Strong electrical background requiredo Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills a big pluso PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley)o Strong electro-mechanical aptitudeo Computer competency with MS Office
